Unknown provincial ID please

Dear members,

I am looking for a ID of this coin, likely severan (Caracalla?), with reverse of salus/Hygieia with patera and rudder set on a globe before altar reversed B in field, 5,9 gms, 21.5 mm

Well, I found this issue of Hadrianopolis-Sebaste with a die-identical obverse:

But no matches for the type in Isegrim, the BnF, or ANS.  At the very least, your coin doesn't seem to be a very common type!   

Hold on...  I just took a peek at AC Search and found this match:

However, given the fact that I did not have any hits on Isegrim makes me wary of accepting the dealer's cited catalog references without checking them myself.  It is late here, so I am going to leave that bit of homework for you or someone else to do.
