AN UNKNOWN AR (FOR ME AT LEAST!!)

Hi,
here is an AR 13mm, thick (2mm!) and 3.5gr having no legends: Turreted bust left. / Bird (eagle?) standing with open wings and facing.

Any information wellcome!

Is this coin a fourree?

It greatly resembles drachms of Amisos in Pontos (Sear #3634 shows a picture).  A huge number of these are pictured in SNG Black Sea, but they all have the symbols and monograms of magistrates below the owl's wings.  I see something below the wings on yours, but I can't read it.
