26 mm bronze coin. No portrait

Found this in my granddads collection of foreign coins that my son and I have been going through.  I can't find anything on it, or if it is even a coin and not a novelty

It is a copy of a Spanish silver coin of Ferdinand and Isabella.

These are quite common in white metal as a couple of drug companies produced them in the early 1970's and distributed them to doctors: whether yours has just been handled so much that all the plating has worn off I don't know, but the originals were made in silver.

Ha I had a feeling it was fake from the lack of detail and signs of mechanical striking, however, I still could not figure out what it was a fake of.  Thanks a bunch; people like yourself, who share their expertise throughout this site and in a personal manner through the discussions board, make this site a truly great, even priceless, resource.  I really do appreciate it!
