Аmulet for ID

Need ID help with such big bronze ring (17,8g/ 5,5sm)
I have the opinion,that it is a SARMATIAN BRONZE AMULET with 3 water birds from each side,swiming to the top of of these ring.Be glad for the other opinions. Was found myself with metal detector on the  place of ancient Roman willarge (Cherniachowska culture) in western Ukraine. Among other things,was found  on these place, there were several  Antoninus Pius scarced denars .
