Again, thanks to all the experts for all their help. This one is 6.5g and 21 x 23 mm.

The eagle/wreath SPQR type is from Caesarea Maritima

though the portrait on your coin again may well be Caracalla not Sev. Alexander -- see your earlier posting:

A light olive-oil rub might be helpful to bring out the obverse countermark on your present specimen; countermarks can be used to date such coins as well as to place them (Howgego's Greek Imperial Countermarks).
Temper thy haste with sloth -- Taverner / Erasmus.
