No a shield boss.

Could be some type of phalera.

What is the diameter?

It would be interesting to see cleaned more as the design is a bit odd.

It does look a bit like a paler from a 2nd-3rd century Roman sword baldric.

But it could be other things too.  If you are getting only Greek-Illyrian stuff it could be a decorative piece fro a chest or furniture or even a door....

yea its strange i found it under megalithic illyro then roman millitary fortress  sword was 15 m further chek my other post thanks as always
