Roman Provincial coin - text in two lines

This one may be an easy one; I hope :)

The obverse is not in great condition, could be a Roman emperor, but I think its something like Artemis.

The reverse is the part I think will make it some-what easy, it has text in two lines, and seems to read something like "ΠY?A - ΣATY".

The coin is 16mm wide and weighs 3.1g.

Any help appreciated :)

On the reverse you see a Maeander pattern around the text, so the coin is a Greek one from Priene in Ionia.
In the second line of the text you have a magistrates's name (or its abbreviation), in this case ΣΑΤΥ:
