I believe that it is Ottoman, dating 18th-19th century or so.

This style might have appeared earlier, I am not sure.

Items with this kind of decoration were common in antique stores in Bosnia when I was there.

I don't think it is necessarily from Bosnia but the wider Ottoman style.
