7.76g 21mm quite worn
seems to be Hadrain or the like
i found this one that looks similar from caligula

The Caligula issue is usually no so heavy.

My guess is a Rhoemetalkes issue.

I agree. I thought the same thing as soon as I looked at it.

It may be 4 heads, not 3.
