Reverse looks like the mountain god Tmolus from Sardes.

Like on this Caracalla, but on your coin the bust looks female:

So it seems to be Julia Mamaea.
Dane Kurth lists your coin as SAR626,
and refers to SNG Righetti 1090; Imhoof FG 326;
Mionnet IV, 770 etc.
