Is it fake modern fantazy or real ancient?

Please explain why you suspect it.  (Along with weight and diameter, which you did include, the reason for your suspicion should be included whenever you ask here.)

Hi Joe;
I didn't find any Ref.regarding this coin.In hand it looks very sharp ,there is spot of dark very sticky patina .The bearded head is so unusual that's why i had doubt about it.
