insignia on obverse sb2021?

I thought this was a latin trachy likely SB2021 but noted the insignia? to the left on the obverse/looks like a monogram possibly. any thoughts on what this is?

Could it just be the ligatured abbreviation   ? The lower part of the  seems to continue into the Virgin Mary’s throne below.

Yes, I agree, thanks for pointing that out, I do think its the P that has been attached to the top of the throne, perhaps as a artistic flourish? Thanks again.

I wish more of the legend was showing, I have noticed that the Font changes with several of the coins I own. I am thinking engravers could take liberty with the type of the inscription, almost like the artists signature.

Here is a old one in my collection, very different from the norm for inscriptions. ( I am noting the inscription on the Rev.)
