incuse weight

cut incuse figure walking right. three rectangular pellets below, four above with line of rectangular pellets cut to right and left vertical. Casting sprue above and below. 4.78 g, 13/12/2mm.

close enough to consider as a 1 nomismata  weight, but I do not recall ever seeing one with a walking figure. Might it be a decorative figure? stamp of some sort?

It doesn't appear to be a weight (specifically a Byzantine nomisma)
I think it's an antique game piece but I'm not sure
