The rooftop scene seems to have the same asymmetry between the attendants on the left and right, with at least the leftmost attendant appearing to hold a torch as on the medallion.
Drost's description says "a person (Roma?) seated on a throne, holding a scepter, framed by four other characters".

Well, it cannot be excluded that in both cases the model was identical. But there are sill some doubts. Roma on the top of the temple on Conservatori urbis suae coin is logical. However, the main figure on medallion does not look like Roma.

Seems reliable for me :-) However, for further considerations, in order to be sure of anything, we would have to have the coin in much better condition.
