the tool is Dental tool, it is Stainless CLEV-DENT  3 HOLLENBACK.

Excellent, my Dad is a dentist, got him to send me a few. :)

dont forget to sharpen it well, I use a stone for that,it has to be able to shave the coin well without pressure.
