Any idea what is it?Roman provincial?Greek?

It is definitely Greek of Maroneia.  As for the attribution, I do not know.

Maroneia, Thrace, after 148 BC, Sear 1638. 

Head of young Dionysus wreathed with ivy

DIONYCOY CWTHPOC MARWNITWN (Dionysus the Savior, [coin] of the people of Maroneia) Dionysus standing l. holding bunch of grapes and two wands.

Valued £12 by Sear, so apparently a common coin.
