PROBUS split QuadRiga with CLOUDS

I have not found any like this with the exception of one on BEAST with this discription:
"Probus, AR Antoninianus, 276-282, Siscia, Officina 6. IMP C M AVR PROBVS P F AVG Radiate bust left in imperial mantle, holding scepter surmounted by eagle. S_OLI IN_VICTO Sol in spread quadriga, right hand raised, globe and whip in left. XXIc in exergue. RIC V, Part II, 776v (C). Not listed in RIC for this officina."

How do the CLOUDS fit in?

In the foreground bewteen the horses and the ex. are a bunch of wavey lines that I took for clouds. See the higher grade coin I have attached from BEAST.
