Postumus struck by Aureolus

(1/1)

Thomas M5:
I’m having trouble identifying this coin. It resembles Postumus RIC V 388 (Aureolus) except that the inscription starts with IMP C POSTVMVS … rather than IMP POSTVMVS…
Is it a mule or have I misidentified it? It is also possible that it is an overstruck or restruck reverse since there appears to be a small “s” next to the T in exe. Possibly formerly a “SIS” mint mark?

Does anyone have any clarifying input?

Thanks for the quick replies. I was unable to find RIC 387 at Wildwinds and thanks for the other catalog names.
