The small parts that appear in the photo as a dark blue-green do look like they could be BD. Some occur in an old dark
red raised blister which is often a sign of old BD or pre-BD
type corrosion.
The lighter beige-green spots do not appear to be BD.
These theories should be tested. Is the darker green powdery when poked with a sharpened toothpick? If so that confirms the BD.
