What may we say about this nearly 4 cm long broze arrowhead? Bronze or Iron age?
Hittite? Mycanean or others?

Seems bronze age.  Have you looked through the arrow and bolt head thread at the top of this section??

Not saying it's a match, but the closest I see among the tanged and barbed bronze examples in Petrie is #100:

Thank you very much, so we may say it is from nearly 1000 BC or a little later, maybe Late Hittites
