Hey Folks,

Photographed this lot over the weekend and I'm working my way through the attributions (with Rover's help).  Please have a look if interested.

Best,

Nick

Hi Nick,  That is a wonderful lot of coins!  Shouldn't be to hard to ID in their present condition.

Regards,
Charlie

If you click the link you can see the individual coins.  All but three have been attributed!

Great lot indeed. One of the unattributed appears to be Alexander, Hercules / thunderbolt / club / ALEXANDROU / quiver bronze of Macedon.

An instant Greek bronze collection :) A nice variety, very desirable coins!

Great lot indeed. One of the unattributed appears to be Alexander, Hercules / thunderbolt / club / ALEXANDROU / quiver bronze of Macedon.

I'm actually having trouble with this one, Andrew.  The inscription is ALEXAND and I see a bee above the club.  Do any of you?

Since many of these were from Ionia and a few from Ephesos, I figured it could be a new variety.  If there is no bee, then it is a pretty standard Alexander bronze.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone!

Nick

EDIT:  I've started to filter these into the appropriate folders so the original link has additional coins from other lots.
