Cameo with the image of Theodosius the Great

Hello all,
I went to such a thing, can someone confirm to me that this is actually the image of Theodosius the Great? From what I was told it came from the IV century BC
The dimensions of 63x50mm. Made of white marble. Presentation of the imperial portrait in profile

To me it looks more like from the period of the family of Constantine I, maybe Constantius II?  ???
