PHOENICIA, Berytus. Divus Augustus. Died AD 14. Æ 20mm (7.93 g). Struck under Nerva or Trajan, circa AD 96-117. Bare head left / Two aquila between two signa.

It looks like 2 arms. One fist is holding something.

Do I see "BER" (as in "COL-BER")? Could it be Phoenicia, Beirut?

Pekka and I posted almost simultaneously. I thought it looked like Augustus. The two "arms" are actually birds.
