Nero Coin - Possible Fake?

Hi,

This is an edit of a previous post, since I noticed that it violated some of the rules so I have changed it.

A while ago I purchased this Nero coin from an antiques store and just recently noticed that the S C on the reverse is upside down.

Was wondering if this is an indication of it being fake? Seems like a very clumsy error if so.
