Phoenician? Roman?

Hey friends,

im trying to find out what exactly is this coin. It was given to me by a friend from Lebanon, that is why i think it might be phoenician. What is your opinion on it?

It is RIC VII TRIER 105. And this means that your coin made his way to Lebanon from territory of present-day Germany.
