Obverse: KYIN ER ETR MEC DEKION KAICARA, bare-headed, draped, cuirassed bust right (Herennius Etruscus, 249-251 AD.?)
Reverse: ?????
Identified obverse of the coin, but the reverse remains unknown

     Pekka appears to be correct.  This listing from Isegrim seems to fit your coin nicely.  When I can get to my books this afternoon.  I will post a picture of SNG France 657.

Here is the SNG France plate coin for 657.  It appears to be a double die match to yours.

The ISEGRIM entry knows of three and then you can search the web and see if you find any more examples. Assuming that neither of these collections sold their coin, yours is at least the 4th example.
