I do not see any issues with your coin, why do you suspect it ?

I bought it a year ago from a guy who sells a lot of coins, also some cheap bronze coins. But recently i seen some obvious fakes that he sells so i got worried for my earlier coins.

I show this coin photo to one friend and he says it looks like it has bubbles or dots? and might be cast fake?   But i'm not sure

I am still convinced that its not fake, looks like natural corrosion.

The coins weight is within the norm for a drachm of Lampsakos.
