Is this Elagabalus with Nike and Trophy?

This looks like a coin described as Elagabalus/Nike & Egalabalus crowning trophy, Nicopolis, AMNG 502,2028.

I don't find it on any other search site, including the online provincial coin searches.
My questions are
  Is it Elagabalus?  Nicopolis?
  What are the full legends?
  What exactly is AMNG and how/where does one do a physical or electronic search?

It is from an uncleaned lot and turned out pretty well (the standard "looks better in hand"), so I hate to flip it without attribution.

AMNG = Die Antiken Münzen Nord-Griechenlands, 5 volumes, 1898-1935. The 1st vol. is from Berendt Pick, one of the most accurate numismatical books ever. Vol. I is online under http://www.archive.org/details/p1dieantikenmn01akaduoft (German only, but understandable)
