Antiochus IV Epiphanes with "...AL" and "...EM" legend

Is it Antiochus IV Epiphanes coin?

Zeus on the obverse, and Eagle on thunderbolt on the reverse are bearly identifiable.
However, the legend "...AL" and "...EM" near eagle make me think over again.

There is in yor coin "ME" monogram behind eagle.
Otherwise is is the same type.

Afaik there is no similar Antiochos IV coin of that size/weight.  Antiochos IV Zeus bronzes with a 'facing right' eagle are ~36 and ~72 grams.  Ones this size are mostly royal portraits.

However, I cannot find any eagle with caduceus.
