My similar coins are labelled RIC 688, LRBC 2262-4.
Tey all are from Baalbeck hoard.

A London dealer had group of coins
for sale in 1993. Dealer had no other
information on list.
I think the place is aka Baalbek, Lebanon.
Google gives many hoards found recently,
but I did not find this hoard.
Maybe some member of Forum is better
informed.

Checked RIC X and on page cxxx there is listing
of 'Baalbek' Lebanon 1983.
