Hi Eric, I took a look at the charts and some light other searches and agree that your coin doesn't seem to match anything there?  I believe that the left-hand side of the monogram has a P-shape or possibly a B-shape.  I hope for you that it's a rare variation of something;)

I have tried...but I think it isn't the same...  :'(
Does anyone have other pictures of Alexius? I can't find it.

Thanks
Eric

Hey Eric,  I think that I found what you have here.  It was driving me a bit crazy so here is what I have:

AE4
Vandals
Obverse: unknown bust
Reverse: staurogram (which is a monogram of the cross also known as Tau-Rho)

Couldn't find an exact one in acsearch but if you type-in 'vandals' and 'cross' some crude examples are there.

You will need to take the reverse photo and flip it 90 degrees to the right and you will see how the staurogram makes sense(compare to a nice image of the staurogram cross)

Post a reference if you find a match;)

Matt
