the seller describes it as:

Syria, Cyrhestica. Hieropolis
Struck 138-161 AD
 

Obverse: Laureate head right
 
Reverse: QEACCYPI/ACIEPOPO/H, Legend in four lines within wreath
 
BMC 35
 
21mm, 7.4gm


why do i see Gamma as mintmark?
is it correct?

You see a Γ because that's what it is.  There's a type with Γ on RPC online, but the head faces left.
