A remarkable item, certainly not in Isegrim; beyond that I have no idea, really, though the types (a bird-headed winged deity / ankh) appear borrowed-Egyptian, the sort that occasionally ends up on the coins of Samaria or Byblos:

Reminiscent of the coins of Cyprus (Salamis) or possibly Mallos. Holiday guests preclude my doing research.
