very worn unknown provincial

The coin is 25 mm 7.3 grams
Obv : unknown head left
REV:  has a wreath  with writting  with what looks like  CA ______  ,  the wreath is shaped like arrow tips

I don't have a clue to this one,  and there is no way to get a clear pic with the technology at hand, so I've drawn  what I see on the coin,  the coin is actualy  better in hand ( slightly )

Could it be that I see a big circle around the CA? Then it could be a countermark!

well, I'm not an expert,  but looking at it under microscope,  I have to say  that it is not a countermark ..the CA  is raised to the same height as the  "wreath "

here is another sets of pics,  this is pretty much the best I can do  with limited resources

Radiate head left  ?

the orientation of the second pic might be wrong too, I'm pretty sure it is correct as is,  but ?????  hummm

If that is indeed a wreath you'd think the rev should be rotated 60 degrees anticlockwise as the parts you see at roughly 7:30 seem to branch in opposite directions.  In any case, it is too far gone for me.
