help identify the coin Stater ? Carthage ? gold?

help identify the coin. Weight 10.01, diameter 24-25 millimeters. Looks like gold. I haven't done a gold test yet. The face is turned to the left. The rider is also turned to the left. All I could find a bit similar from the coins is Stater 264 - 241 BC - Carthage .

Certainly not gold.  It looks like a cast fake for tourists to me.  See what others sat.
