Septimius Severus 14mm bronze Pair divverent reverse

got these two in a kilo I think they are both Septimus Severus but differrent rev. Point me some where thanks. After looking at the Antoninus Pius Moesia Inferior Nikcopales, notice the CIC under the lower right coil. It could be as advised by the first responder.

I think your lower coin - the coiled snake - looks like Bizya, Thrace.  Although I haven't been able to locate this reverse.

looking again, now I'm not so sure the legend fits

with the small size, Nicaea might be a possiblity.  This reverse or similar exists for a small module coin.
