Hello,

Your coin is from Polyrhenium/Crete (c. 330-280 BC) depicting  on obverse a round shield; in centre, bull's head. Reverse: Spear head:Greek_Pi: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Lambda: :Greek_Upsilon:. (SNG Cop, vol 3 Crete, 532, 533, 534). Yours seems to be a beautiful specimen with a nice green patina.
Joe has a couple of them on his catalog at the moment. You can take a look on his "Megaris to Crete" section.

Hello Roek (and Emanuele of course)

Thenk you very much for yours identification help. I think, it was hard enought to find. Belive me, since I bought this coin I thought there was a head bull view by front on one side but I never had the courage to clean it better to see it.
Unfortunaly it doesn't match with my favourite numismatic field (actually), but never know in the future.

best
