Coin Bearded man in Phrygian cap. Ancient Greece.

I came across such a coin, tell me what it is, I can’t find analogues.
The coin was cleaned, the "before" photo is attached.

Interesting coin.  What can you make out on the reverse?  Is it a wreath with writing in the middle?  Also, is that a Phrygian cap or some other type of rounded helmet?

Yes, there is a wreath on the reverse, but what is inside is not readable. And on the head it looks more like a Phrygian cap, maybe it's the Scythian king Skilur? Coin found in Ukraine.

Incidentally there is a mid 4th century lead statue of Herakles with Phrygian cap from Olbia. Perhaps a late issue from there, or a nearby mint?
