Hi, this ae Tiberius should be the classic RPC 1657 TI AVG.
 Having also the Howgego book on Countermarks I couldn't find it.
 For Philippi city as this coin is attributed perhaps there is only one Countermark but it is not this one.
 I have not even found this C/M for other cities

There were many different countermarks applied to coins issued by Augustus and Tiberius in that city.
