I Googled "file naming best practices" and these are the top 5 I found on several websites:
Files should be named consistently
File names should be short but descriptive (<25 characters)
Avoid special characters or spaces in a file name
Use capitals and underscores instead of periods or spaces or slashes
Use date format YYYYMMDD
Your file name is MUCH MUCH too long. That may or may not be the problem. I realize you have a naming convention, but I think it is not a
good one. The name is MUCH MUCH too long. Please try a shorter name.
You also include spaces and commas. Spaces in jpg names actually cause failure to display the image sometimes. I don't know why. I have uploaded filenames with spaces, but they are not recommended in best practices.
Commas may not be an actual problem but I have never seen them used by anyone else in filenames.
I will let Sorin know about the issue.
