REVERSE: PIETAS SEATED LEFT, HOLDING STAFF AND PATERA

SIZE: 18 mm/diameter

WEIGHT: 3.1 gr

the lettering, the cast lumb? all his coin same look.
the hole in rim looks not ancient

the hole looks modern done.

I think it looks suspicious, but I don't see a hole.  I find the edges odd, particularly opposite the sprue.

Thanks for posting okidoki! I spotted this Severus denarius from the same seller a few days ago but wasn't sure purely based on rarity and a 99p start. I am not an expert, but these look convincing to me and very dangerous. Are these really cast, they look to be struck, no?
