The legend side reads ΔΕΛΦΩΝ, means the object is from Delphoi,
probably a griffin's head right ?
The other side is in the style of the Ephesian Bee.

Modern as in not ancient. It might be a 70 year old fake or it might be a 5 year old fake. These things would be made for the tourist market.

thanks for your answers. at the museum they have more than 100 coins that i think are falses, but all of them collectioned by a numismatic who directed n important museum of madrid and who wrotte a good book of iberic coins
