Augustus or Tiberius AE21 of Laodikeia, Phrygia. . 27 BC-AD14 or AD 14-37. Magistrate Pythos, son of Pythos. 6.43 g. ΣEBAΣTOΣ, bare head right. / ΠYΘHΣ ΠYΘOY ΛAOΔIKEΩN, Zeus standing left, holding eagle and sceptre, two caps of the Dioskuri to left and right, each surmounted by a star. RPC I 2901; BMC 138-139; Paris 1512A, 1518, 1522B and 1524; Waddington 6264; Berlin 5467; SNG Lewis 1596; Weber 7137; SNG Cop 550; SNG Tuebingen 4130.

Here is the entry of RPC online: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/1/2901

... Augustus or Tiberius AE21 of Laodikeia, Phrygia. . 27 BC-AD14 or AD 14-37. ...
RPC clearly assigns it to the reign of Tiberius, the depicted person is then Tiberius as Augustus.
