Hi, I’ve been trying to read this 11th century (?) seal, but the legend is a bit hard to read. I think I can make out the following, but would anyone have any suggestions for a reading/partial reading of the legend?

Obverse St Michael

Reverse

CΦΡΑΓΙ
ΑΛΕ..ΟYΛ(?)
…ΤW…N…

Regards.
