double row of large writing to the right ?hthy?.. .pythou?
also strange item in right field.. apple?
and smaller writing to left. .OILIKEA

so they were caps of the dioskuri.. more homework

RPC clearly assigns it to the reign of Tiberius, the depicted person is then Tiberius as Augustus.
