Can anyone help me with this coin. Which emperor is on the obverse? What ric number is this coin? Thanks in advance

Gamma SIS A seems to be an unrecorded officina; I think it should be read as gammaSISR. The two dots appear on RIC 406-8
gammaSISR = RIC 407

The rev. legend should be read SPES REI - PVBLICE. Struck 6 November 355-Summer 361; scarce
