Please help me identify this coin. I believe it is Roman, but I'm not sure of much else. I'm very new to this and would like to learn! Thank you for your help:)

AR Denarius, RIC IVa 570, Julia Domna, wife of Septimius Severus.  Ca. 196-211AD.  IVLIA AVGVSTA, MATER DEVMReverse is the goddess Cybelle holding a drum and sceptre, leaning on a column with al ion at her feet.

Minted in the city of Rome. It's a fairly scarce issue, though the condition could be better.
