I have had this coin for some time and have attempted to identify it myself with no luck.  It appears to be copper, bronze or something similar in the metal.  I do not have a scale to weigh it.  One side has what looks like a stylized lily and the other side possibly has some writing, but it is pretty beat up.  The coin is "off round" and measures just a hair over 11mm on it's longest diameter.  Any assistance that you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Doug

That looks almost like the crown of Isis.  Could this be an Egyptian fraction?

I don't know anything about Egyptian coins, but you have given me a new avenue for research.  Thank you, and I really hope you are right.  It would be a new one for my collection.

Unlikely it's Egyptian.

Looks almost but not quite like a Judaean coin with Lily, Hendin's 458.  But not enough to be a match.

Imitation thereof?  Fantasy copy??

PtolemAE,

Not one of your period Egyptian, but perhaps something out of the second century A.D.
