hm...
very strange.Two years ago we didnt know that Sitalk is minting a coins.Two year ago a woman has bring in some museum here (in bulgaria) a couple of coins,and one of them was Sitalk...it was a great news,that sitalk have a coins..and ...its a .... only one known coin.and i will tell you some more interesting.The coin , founded here is not the coin on the picture from your link ;)
and thats the most interesting :)

Here is yet another Thracian fantasy coin recently sold on ebay. It is 'attributed' to "Scitodokos, son of Teres 1", which I assume the seller is using as another name for Sitalkes. It is a rather attractive fantasy coin in some ways, but not even close to ancient in stayle:
