heritage-museum has been active since Oct 2003. How does he do it? Did he open many ebay accounts at once back then or has he just bought out some member? (If this can be done...).

It just baffles me the troubles some people will go to be dishonest, when, as someone mentioned, he could perfectly well sell honest souvenirs at a good price... But I guess that "once a cheater..." (I read somewhere that he is a mediacal doctor of ambiguous reputation?).
